Belly Band

Supportive maternity leggings or well-fitting clothing often provide enough comfort on their own, making a separate belly band unnecessary for everyday use. Seat Belt Adjuster
Seat belt adjusters are frequently marketed toward pregnant drivers, but proper seat belt positioning — with the lap belt placed low across the hips and under the belly — is already considered safe and recommended. Because of this, many moms find additional devices unnecessary. I bought one but never installed it.
Fetal Doppler
At-home fetal dopplers may seem reassuring, but they can sometimes create added anxiety if a heartbeat is difficult to locate, especially early in pregnancy.
